Ko-fi payments are generally final and non-refundable. Only a verified accidental duplicate membership charge may be refunded; no one-time tip or other payment qualifies for this limited exception.

Monthly contributions are optional, recurring subscriptions that can be paused or canceled anytime. Unlike one-time tips, they renew automatically. Your SoloSnap features and service remain the same whether you contribute or not. Charges are generally final and non-refundable, and canceling stops future renewals without reversing a valid charge already submitted. Only the duplicate portion of a verified accidental duplicate membership charge may be refunded.
