    Hide sensitive apps before recording.

    Pick the apps you never want on camera, like Slack or Safari. Turn on Capture Guard and CleanFrame hides their windows, so your screen recordings stay clean.

    1. Add your sensitive apps

      Choose any app with Add App… to put it on your guarded list.

    2. Turn Guard on

      Guarded apps are hidden, and if one comes back to the front, it’s hidden again.

    3. Prep for Recording

      One click hides every guarded app before you start a QuickTime or OBS capture.

    • Starts when you want

      Optionally open at login and turn Guard on automatically. Both are off until you turn them on.

    • Nothing leaves your Mac

      No network traffic is filtered or sent. CleanFrame uses macOS Accessibility only to hide the apps you choose.
